Who are we, anyway?
Jonathan is a marketing pioneer with a proven track record of helping Canada’s leading brands leverage CRM as well as creating award-winning CRM and loyalty platforms and campaigns. At Conversion, he helps brands, products and services become as discoverable as possible in order to drive business results. Jonathan has held senior management roles with several prominent Canadian brands, including VP, Loyalty and Insights at Indigo and VP, Direct and Database Marketing at ScotiaBank.
Carsten is a Quality Assurance Analyst and is responsible for ensuring all products and services meet a high standard. He has experience working for various advertising agencies, where in addition to testing, he planned and executed media for clients. Carsten attended Centennial College and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Advertising.
