He was co-founder of PLM Group Ltd (Once Canada’s fourth largest printing company) and is individually recognized for his role in establishing the most successful direct marketing print business in PLM’s history.
Warren’s vision for Conversion was to assemble a remarkable and highly ethical team, composed of top Canadian loyalty and digital experts, whose skill-sets could be harmoniously combined and applied for clients. A lover of the great outdoors, Warren can be found most days outside either fishing, golfing, or riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle across the U.S.

As our thorough truffle hog, Carsten makes sure nothing is left unnoticed and ensures that every link, every word, and every thing is working properly and accurate. A graduate of Centennial College, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Advertising. Past positions at several ad agencies in Toronto have helped Carsten shape an impressive repertoire of marketing and advertising knowledge. He has worked on noteworthy brands such as Molson Coors, Maple Leaf Foods and Second Cup. When Carsten isn’t longboarding, he’s Internet surfing or driving around town in his vintage, copper-coloured 1986 Datsun with a super-cool T-roof.
